Refund & Cancellation

After the user purchases our online course and If the candidate is not able to attend the class on the agreed date for whatever reason and could not attend alternate classes suggested by the instructor, the candidate may request a refund by sending an email to support@talenttowers.com within 15 days of purchase of this service with a valid reason on his/her absence. 

Our team will validate the reason and if the reason is valid, we will initiate the reimbursement of the amount paid to the user within 30 days from the date of request and cancel his/her course request with us. 

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Our team will remove all the data associated with this user from our website if available. 

If the reason is not valid, our team has the right to reject the cancellation request. The decision of our team will be final.

Any dispute arising has to be settled under the court of law under the Hyderabad jurisdiction.
