Our 3 months internship program is designed to make our interns best-in-class employees. We provide live project work to develop a service or product with our support. Additionally, Project Management and Office Etiquette trainings are provided as part of our program.

Why Internship from TALENT TOWERS?

TALENT TOWERS Internship program provides a complete package & support for interns to get hired in a company and demonstrate best-in-class employee behaviors which the employers look for in an employee. 

Job Ready: Our interns will be trained on how to get ready for interviews,and soft-skill improvements to ensure they crack their job interview. TALENTOWERS will conduct mock-up interviews and recommend improvements to get better. 

 

Employee Orientation: Our interns will be trained to be best-in-class employees when they are hired in MNCs. Talent Towers will train them not just to be a productive employee but also guide them to become future leaders of an organization. 

Our orientation program will cover all the activities an employee should do from hiring till he/she leaves for another job for a better opportunity.

Hands-on Experience: We provide hands-on experience to our interns in developing IT products/cloud applications for TALENT TOWERS in the areas of Human Resources and Finance using a No-code platform. 

Rapid Application Development (RAD):  Today customer wants IT solutions to be delivered in days or weeks instead of months. No-code platform offers the flexibility of delivering an application or MVP (Minimum Viable Product) in days/weeks. 

We provide training, support, and guidance in building No-code applications to our interns. 

Project Management & SLDC: Our interns will get to know the entire project management and Software Development Life cycle applied in the process of creating a cloud application. We provide Project Management training for our interns to understand how companies apply project management in their development process. 

Stakeholder Management: Interns will be trained on how to manage internal & external customers of an organization like HR, Finance, Sales, Facilities etc...

TALENT TOWERS profile: We have 30 years of IT industry experience and have observed how the IT ecosystem has changed over these decades starting from DOS-based systems, mainframes, web/cloud-based applications, and now AI/ML. Similarly, the employee's and employer's contribution towards each other has changed over these decades. 

For any organization to be successful in its business it has to ensure they have best-in-class employees. TALENT TOWERS ensures that our interns gain thorough insights into what employers are looking for in an employee. 

Our internship program takes into all these factors to ensure our interns are well capable to be part of any organization irrespective of its size and bringing added value to that organization. 

Experience: Our mentors have immense experience in intern hiring and training, resource management, product development & project management. We have 20 years of industry experience in how projects are delivered to customers. We have been involved in more than 200+ hirings (including interns) for companies like Panasonic, Xilinx & AMD and managed projects & teams across the US, Europe, India, Singapore, and Malaysia. 

Program Details (12 weeks):

1st week 

  • Onboarding to the intern program - Interns are to submit their resumes and select their functional areas of interest. Resumes will be evaluated for improvements if any. Complete the onboarding process and expectations will be set with the interns. 

  • Employee Orientation - This session will cover the activities and training required for an employee when he gets on-boarded in an organization. 

2nd & 3rd week

  • Project Management Training - Covering project management & SDLC practices from inception till closure. 

  • No-code training using Bubble platform - Train on how to Bubble web application using No-code platform. 

4th week

  • Initiate a project - Intern can select a project related to the functional areas and initiate a project. 

  • Gather requirements - Requirements gathering will be the key to how the end product or service will work. Interns will be guided on how to gather good requirements. Requirements review and improvement requirement gathering will be done as part of this process. 

  • Feedback - ​Feedback will be received and given to and from the interns to improve the requirements-gathering process.

5th, 6th, 7th & 8th week

  • Product Development using No-Code Platform - In these 4 weeks, the interns will be developing the product or service using the No-Code platform with the assistance of our mentors. 

  • Product or Service Review - Design reviews and improvements will be done daily to improve the standard of the service or product. 

  • Feedback - Feedback will be received and given to and from the interns to improve the design review. 

9th week

  • Unit and User Testing - The intern and coach will conduct the unit and user testing to check the quality of the product or service. 

  • Feedback - Based on the testing conducted improvements will be made to the service or product. 

 

10th week

  • Product/Service Go-live - Once the service or product has completed 80% of successful testing with no major defects. The product/service will be declared to be ready for production implementation. 

  • Closing Project - Lessons learned from the entire project will be discussed, reviewed, and documented. 

  • Feedback - The intern and coach will discuss the entire project's good and shortcomings.

11th week

  • Office Etiquette training - Getting ready to be an employee requires good office etiquette. TALENT TOWERS will train them on good employee etiquette in the office. 

  • Documentation process training - Documenting the product/service is an important part of any organization's sharing its knowledge with others.

  • Group discussions - Interns will discuss important topics as groups to improve their communication and teamwork. 

12th week

  • Mentor Feedback 

  • Evaluation of the entire internship program

  • Handover of Internship experience letter on completing the internship program. 

Total Program Cost: Rs.15,000 (Fifteen thousand Only) + GST
