I am thrilled to share my journey as a Bachelor in Computer Science graduate from the University of Madras where I ignited my passion for business back in 1994! From selling Zenith computers and gaming software during my college days to launching my own computer center, Pentasoft, where I trained over 250 students, every step has been an exhilarating adventure. I embraced the mobile phone revolution in 1996 and partnered with a distributor to sell these exciting new devices. 

After an incredible decade in Singapore working with renowned companies like OCBC Bank, Panasonic and Xilinx, I returned to India, ready to share my wealth of knowledge in project management. With my PMP® certification and partnership with PMI® as an Authorized Training Partner, I am eager to guide aspiring professionals on their journey to certification. My career has been a thrilling ride, and I can't wait to see what the future holds as I continue to learn and grow! All the best!

  • Worldwide implementation of Oracle Time and Labor module for India,EMEA, North America and apac regions to manage vacation and overtime.  

• Oracle Taleo (Recruiting & On-boarding) implementation & upgrades for Xilinx. 

  • Managing technical & functional upgrades to the latest version of Taleo (on cloud). ​

• HR Applications Location Accuracy

  • To maintain consistent location names across different HR systems and data primacy to be Oracle HRMS for locations.  ​

• Executive Incentive Plan (My role: Delivery manager)

  • Maintaining and tracking executive goal. ​

• Promotion Approval Automation System.

  • Promotion justification documenting and approval submission system. ​

I am still in per-suite of knowledge so I keep learning and challenging myself. I am curious about how AI is transforming our life and I am eager to embrace this change.
